I found the item I wanted and it was clear in the pictures. I tried to order a silver bar, but they called a;d said it was out of stock. If I wanted a black bar the had 8t I; stock and would send it out the next day. Ber6 Lea’s at on the phone!

I ordered a Thule roof rack and received it without any drama. When I went to install it, I was missing a stud bolt. Called Thule and got directed to call the store or submit a warranty claim. Thule doesn’t stock individual parts in the US. I called the Rack Warehouse and they took care of it. Good experience overall, for missing a part.

Overall, very easy to install by myself I did have my girl help me a tad bit and the rack looks great. It’s held up well past 80 miles an hour. I haven’t put a box on it yet, but we’ll be doing that soon it does have some noise to it, but it’s nothing crazy
